Philip Chen has been Chairman of The Hong Kong Jockey Club since June 2020 and a Steward since 2006, during which time the Club has been transformed into a world-class racing organisation and one of the world’s top ten charity donors. Most recently this has included the donation of HK$1.8 billion to fight the pandemic in Hong Kong.

Andy is an award-winning digital transformation technologist, innovator, entrepreneur, with special interests in intelligent sensing, data management and human-machine interaction. His research papers and review articles are published by scientific, peer-reviewed international journals including Smart Cities, Energy, Environmental Pollution, Noise & Health, and other professional organisations.

Professor Anthony B. L. Cheung is currently the Research Chair Professor of Public Administration (Adjunct) at the Education University of Hong Kong where he was President from 2008 to 2012, and Adjunct Professor at the Division of Public Policy of the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.

Donald Choi joined Chinachem Group in 2018 as Executive Director and the Chief Executive Officer. He has over 30 years of management experience across property development and worked as a professional architect globally.

President Flora joined Rotary since 2017 when she became a charter member of RC Star Avenue. She first served as Club Admin Chair in 2017/18 then Community Service Chair in 2018/19 and 19/20. She became President-Elect in 20/21. First Female President of the Club in 21-22.

DGN Andy is an entrepreneur with 20 Years of experience in the Security
Industry. He is a Rotarian since 2008 and was President of the Rotary
Club of Kwai Chung in 2010-11. During his presidency, he has been
bestowed The Most Versatile President Award, Presidential Citation with
Distinction.

Feng Chang is a Managing Director in Global Sustainable Finance Group at Bank of America. She is based in Hong Kong.

Nigel joined the Rotary Club of Hong Kong North in 2004 with classification of finance. He was Club president in 2012-13, DAG in 2013-14, DS in 2016-17, District Trainer in 2019/20, Assistant Governor in 2020/21.
